Shana McKee joins C & W Law Group as an Associate Attorney, bringing over a decade of diverse civil litigation and advisory experience to the firm’s clients. Drawing on her background as an Associate Legal Advisor with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, she is adept at navigating all aspects of civil litigation—from developing legal strategy and motion practice to handling complex discovery and negotiating favorable settlements. Beyond the courtroom, she is a passionate educator, having taught a wide range of courses at Bryan University and Grand Canyon University. This experience allows her to demystify complex legal concepts, ensuring that clients are well-informed and confident at every stage of her cases.
Shana received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law, where she had the privilege of serving as Executive Note Editor on the Arizona Law Review. She later returned to school to earn an MBA with a concentration in finance. Having grown up in a military family, she had the opportunity to travel extensively as a child. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking with her husband and two dogs, and volunteering at her church.
