Christopher Walker is a proud co-founder of C & W Law Group, P.C., where he has devoted his legal career to championing the rights of property owners and managers. His extensive experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Multihousing Association and participating in its Government Affairs Committee. In these influential roles, he has played a pivotal part in shaping legislation designed to enhance Arizona’s legal landscape for landlords while tackling the intricate legal challenges that property owners encounter in managing their assets. Christopher is highly regarded for his unwavering passion and dedication to supporting owners and ensuring the smooth operation of residential rental properties.

When he’s not advocating for his clients, Christopher cherishes time spent with his wife, two children, and their beloved beagles. He finds joy in golfing with friends and creating lasting memories while traveling with his family.

Say hello to Josh Morgenstern, an Arizona and Washington D.C. licensed attorney who has practiced in the areas of real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, construction litigation and Landlord/Tenant law.

His mission is to provide clients with superior work product, while educating them along the way. Josh is a passionate learner and a natural instructor at heart. Josh is fortunate enough to have provided counsel and assistance to both small and mid-size businesses throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale metropolitan area.

Prior to transitioning to the C&W Law Group P.C., Josh worked for a few firms around the valley in both business and litigation matters. He is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker, a licensed Arizona Mortgage Loan Officer and is LEED accredited. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and traveling the world.

Bryce DiLullo is an Arizona attorney committed to providing comprehensive service and hand-crafted attention to all client matters. As a lifelong Arizona native, he feels a particular connection to the Valley and its community. Before law school, he pursued a degree in economics while working odd jobs as a theater house manager, assistant wedding planner, data scientist, and more. Bryce went to law school with the goal of assisting real people with their real problems, and he has carried this mindset across practice areas such as family law, real estate law, insurance defense, and landlord tenant law. His breadth of academic and professional experience ensures Bryce can bring the right perspective and determination to find your best solutions.

Outside the office, you can find Bryce supporting local theatre organizations, rooting his heart out for this team of choice, or spending time with his family.
