Ryker T. Eley, Esq. Associate Attorney

Ryker is a licensed Arizona and Tennessee Attorney who represents landlords with a strong focus on property operations, lease enforcement, and fair housing compliance. With substantial hands on experience in the multifamily industry, Ryker provides practical, business minded legal guidance that helps clients confidently navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges.

Before joining C&W, Ryker served as in house counsel for an NMHC Top 3 multifamily housing owner operator, advising and supporting large scale residential operations across multiple states. His work included addressing day to day operational issues, mitigating legal risk, and conducting in depth fair housing analysis. This experience equips him with a practical understanding of landlords’ operational challenges as well as the legal framework necessary to address them effectively.

A proud Arizona native, Ryker attended the University of Memphis after moving there to work with the Memphis Tigers men’s basketball program. His time in Memphis sparked a passion for law and advocacy that ultimately shaped his career path.

Ryker brings a practical mindset and a commitment to delivering efficient, effective resolutions for his clients. When he’s not working, he’s soaking up Arizona’s sunshine on the golf course, out on bike trails, or at home finding any reason to fire up the grill. And as a lifelong Arizona Cardinals fan, he tackles every football season with the same loyalty and resilience he brings to his legal practice.
