Christopher Hoynicki is an accomplished property law attorney with over seven years of experience, practicing in Arizona since 2018. Originally from New York, Chris moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1996 and has since become a trusted advocate for landlords navigating complex legal challenges.

A true problem-solver, he applies a meticulous eye for detail and a strategic, business-minded approach to deliver personalized legal guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs. Before entering the legal profession, Chris spent years in management roles at Bank of America and Wells Fargo, where he developed strong communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems and building client trust. His earlier career also included hands-on work in the tech field, focusing on PC repair and coding, showcasing his technical versatility. This diverse background enables him to address the sensitive and multifaceted issues of property law with both practical insight and understanding.

A graduate of both Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, and Arizona State University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree, Chris is licensed to practice in all Arizona courts and is an active member of the State Bar. Since graduating, he has built a robust practice with extensive experience in property, family, bankruptcy, and tax law. Chris has a proven track record of successfully advocating for clients in contested matters.
